5 NATURAL REMEDIES TO GET RID OF MILIUM SEEDS

Milia seeds are keratin-filled microcysts that form when it is trapped under the outer layer of the skin and can affect infants and adults. But don’t panic! Natural solutions exist against milium grains:

1-Castor oil: Castor oil has antibacterial properties and helps the skin to absorb sebum. Simply apply this oil to the milia seed affected area for a few days and massage in until the oil is absorbed through the skin.
2-Honey: By regularly applying a honey mask for 20 minutes, the milia grains gradually disappear and the skin becomes smoother.

3-Apple cider vinegar and cornmeal: To tighten pores and promote absorption of excess sebum, mix 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with 3 teaspoons of cornmeal, apply the mixture to the milium beans and leave for half an hour.

4-Sugar: Exfoliation is a good solution for removing dead cells using several homemade products. Scrub your skin with a mixture of sugar, lemon juice and olive oil and leave on for 20 minutes.
