The vinegar
Two teaspoons of vinegar lower blood sugar levels. Arizona State University tested three groups of people: healthy individuals, others with signs of pre-diabetes, and people with diabetes. Two teaspoons of regular vinegar were given to all of these people, each day, with two meals. One hour after taking vinegar, the blood sugar of diabetics was 25% lower than before a meal. In pre-diabetics, the sugar level had halved.

Olive oil
This oil does not contain carbohydrates, it does not increase the sugar level. In addition, it slows down the absorption of the food consumed. It is rich in omega-9 and omega-3 which helps blood vessels stay flexible and keep blood flowing well. In addition, by not increasing insulin levels, it reduces insulin resistance, which is responsible for high blood sugar.

Red apples
