A light tuna salad to start your meal on a light note, do you like it? Well here’s this recipe made up of green salad, tuna in brine, tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, and green beans to finish. It is thus a complete low-carbohydrate meal, ideal as part of a diet.

INGREDIENTS: 4 PERS.


1 green salad
4 tomatoes
4 eggs
1 can of tuna in brine (160 g)
150 g green beans
some black olives

FOR THE VINAIGRETTE:

1 C. tablespoon of vinegar
1 C. oil soup
1 C. mustard
1 C. tablespoon of water
salt pepper

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Immerse the eggs in them for 10 minutes. Once cooked, remove them and run them under cold water. Book. Pour a little water into a casserole dish and bring it to a boil. Place the green beans in the basket of the casserole dish, cover, and let heat for about 10 min.

Meanwhile, drain the tuna and crumble it. Wash the salad and wring it out. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Take the hard-boiled eggs and scale them. Cut them into quarters. In a bowl, combine the salad, green beans, tomatoes, and hard-boiled eggs. Place a few black olives.

Prepare the light vinaigrette. In a ramekin, combine the salt and vinegar. Whisk in the mustard, water, and oil with a fork and season with pepper to taste. For a smoother sauce, you can add 1 to 2 tbsp. of cottage cheese 0% fat. Pour the seasoning over the salad and serve.
