Blanquette Weight Watchers Cookeo

A classic but light recipe, you will love it with only 5 PP per serving. A dish that will warm your family on long winter evenings. The Weight Watchers Cookeo blanquette is so quick and easy to make, you won’t be able to do without it.

INGREDIENTS: 4 PERS.

500 g blanquette of veal
2 carrots
150 g light cream
150 ml vegetable broth
1 tsp.
1 tbsp cornstarch Salt Pepper

PREPARATION:


Preparation 5 min Cooking 20 min
1. Peel and cut the carrots into slices


2. In the Cookeo tank, put the meat, carrots, vegetable broth, cornstarch, salt and pepper then start pressure cooking for 20 minutes


3. Add the cream, mix with a spatula and serve immediately
