Ingredients
375g of harine (all use)
150ml tibia milk
80g of sugar
7g of yeast
1 hour
1 tablespoon of vinegar
40ml of oil
10g melted butter
10g of vanilla sugar
10g of cocoa
Chocolate
50ml tibia milk
1 hour
salt
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Separate 50g of masa y añádele cacao. Knead. Allow to rest for 1 hour. Divide the dough into 9 parts, add chocolate to each part and form balls.
- Decorate each ball with strips of brown dough. Put the balls in a mold and pour over the milk. Allow to rest for 1 hour. Brush with new and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
