300g dark chocolate flavored fractionated chocolat
200g white chocolate
120 g of condensed milk
1 box of cold cream (200g)
2 tablespoons of emulsifier for ice cream
1 box of whipping cream
150 g of milk “Boy”
3 boxes of strawberries

Preparation mode:

1 – Melt the glaze in the microwave and paint the entire inside of the lid of a plastic containers for cakes


2 – Take to the fridge until dry and brush a new layer (reserve a little to cover). Put it in the fridge until it dries.

3 – Melt the white chocolate in the microwave and add the condensed milk cream and emulsifier, mixing well. Put it aside.

4 – In the blender, beat the whipping cream until it reaches firm peaks and, without beating incorporate the “Ninho” milk and the white chocolate mixture.

5 – On the lid lined with the fractionation, alternate layers of cream and strawberries until the ingredients are used up.

6 – Cover with the rest of the fractionated glaze and refrigerate for 2 hours.


7 – Being careful not to break it, turn the lid over the serving plate, and stir the air until it is completely free of adhering material. Serve it as you want, decorating to your liking.
