Ingredients:


70g of flour
70g butter
67gr of milk
4 yolks
1 pinch of salt
6g of honey
2g of vanilla extract
4 egg whites
73g of sugar

Indications:


Melt the butter in the milk and add the egg yolks, salt, honey and vanilla extract.
Also add the flour.


Then beat the egg whites with the sugar and add the rest of the dough.
Pour the mixture into a 17 cm diameter mold and put it in a pan with water.


Bake at 280°F (140°) for 15 minutes and at 300°F (150°) for another 50 minutes.
