Chocolate Bundt cake with cheesecake filling
There is a creamy cheesecake filling hidden inside this moist chocolate Bundt cake. You just have to try it!
INGREDIENTS (For a 24cm Bundt cake pan)
FOR THE CHOCOLATE MASS
200 g finely chopped dark chocolate
150 g soft butter
220 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
4 eggs (size M)
325 g wheat flour (type 405)
1 packet of baking powder
55 g baking cocoa
4 tbsp milk
100 g cream
FOR THE CHEESECAKE FILLING
500 g quark (20% fat)
1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
130 g sugar
2 eggs (size M)
1 tsp vanilla extract
ALSO
200 g dark chocolate glaze

PREPARATION
Step 1
Melt the chopped chocolate over a water bath and add the butter. Pour into a mixing bowl and stir with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa powder and sift. Gradually stir into the dough. Add the milk, put ⅔ of the chocolate dough into a Bundt cake pan (approx. Ø 24 cm) and spread it up the edges.
Step 2
For the cheesecake mixture, mix the sugar with the vanilla pudding powder, vanilla extract and the 2 eggs until smooth, then mix in the quark. Pour the mixture into the depression.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees (fan oven: 150 degrees). Stir the liquid cream into the remaining chocolate dough. Pour the dough onto the cheesecake mixture and bake the cake in the preheated oven for approx. 55-60 minutes. Let the cake cool and turn it out onto a cake plate.
4th step
Melt the chocolate icing according to the instructions and spread it generously over the chocolate cheese bundt cake.
