GENERAL INFORMATIONS

INGREDIENTS
3 EGGS
125 G MELTED BUTTER
4 Tbsp MILK
250 G FLOUR
100 G SUGAR
½ SACHET OF YEAST
200 G DARK CHOCOLATE
BAKING SALT

PRÉPARATION

 
  1. Preheat the oven to th. 6 – 180 ° C. Melt the chocolate in a bain marie.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the yolks with the sugar. Pour in the melted butter while whisking then the chocolate, the flour and mix well. Add the milk and stir.
  3. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Gently incorporate them into the preparation, lifting well. Butter a cake mold. Place the dough there.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and reduce the oven temperature to th. 5 – 150 ° C and continue cooking for 35 minutes. Vary the cooking by pricking the cake with the blade of a knife. Take the cake out of the oven, unmold it and let cool on a rack
