CHOCOLATE & RASPBERRY OVERNIGHT OAT CAKE

recipe

 

2/3 cup of oats
1 tbs of maple syrup
1 tbs of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
optional: vanilla protein powder (I use !OATMEAL30 for 30% off!
1 1/4 cup of water (or milk)

Topped with:


Chocolate drizzle (cocoa powder mixed with water)
Raspberry compote
Banana

1. Cook your oats regularly

2. Heat your raspberries in the microwave or on the stove until they become soft and a jam-like consistency

3. Add 1/3 of your oats to a bowl and mix in the raspberries

4. Add the cocoa powder to the other half of the oats

5. Put cling wrap in a bowl  and add the chocolate oats to the bottom

 

6. Keep adding more, making sure to press up the sides so there is room into the center for the raspberry filling

7. Add the raspberry oats to center and smooth over with a spatula

8. Add the remaining chocolate oats to the top, covering the raspberry center
9. Refrigerate overnight, then in the morning flip onto a plate, add toppings, and CONSUME
