Ingredients
chocolate cream:
360g of galettes
2 pieces
Cacao en polvo 3 spoonfuls
Maize starch 2.5 spoonfuls
10g of vanilla sugar
50g of sugar
500ml of milk
50g of butter
white cream:
Maize starch 2 tablespoons
40g of sugar
400ml of milk
50gr of butter
Gallettes for base and edges
Indications:
- Place the galletas on the base and along the edges of the mould.
- Chocolate cream: put all the ingredients (except the butter) in a bowl. Let it wait and finally add the butter and the demenused cookies.
- Turn the cream into the mold and level it.
- White cream: put the sugar, the starch and the milk in a saucepan. Let it wait and add the butter.
- Pour the white cream over the chocolate layer and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
