Greek salad

Ingredients (4 people):

5 Small tomatoes One red pepper
One onion
One cucumber noa
100 Gr from feta
12 Greek black olives
One clove of garlic Salt Ground pepper Olive oil
Juice of half
a lemon Cilantro slices


Peel and slice the onion, set aside. Peel the cucumber, remove the core and slice it, set aside.

Cut the pepper into strips and cut the tomatoes into slices. Distribute in a deep dish, alternating the vegetables.
In a bowl, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, add 5 tbsp of olive oil, emulsify. Dice the feta, distribute it over the salad. Drizzle the salad with dressing. Decorate with olives and coriander sprigs.
