80 ml seed oil
140 grams of sugar
160 grams of flour 00
25 gr of bitter cocoa
1 packet of baking powder
200 ml of fresh cream for desserts
250 gr of chocolate egg
10 grams of butter
- Dough: mix the eggs with the sugar. Then add oil, milk, flour, cocoa and baking powder.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake at 356°F/180° for 25 minutes.
- Glaze: melt the chocolate with cream and butter.
- Pour over the cake and let cool for an hour.
