For the walnut jelly

ingredients An envelope with D’Gari walnut jelly to prepare with milk

1 liter of milk preparation We heat the milk and, when it is very hot, we dissolve the gelatin sachet with stirring so that no lumps form.

Grease a rubber string mold and pour in the mixture.

Let cool and store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

For white chocolate jelly ingredients


150 g of white chocolate
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 cup of condensed milk
20 g of neutral gelatin
1/4 cup of water preparation

We dissolve the neutral gelatin in the water and reserve. When the chocolate is completely melted and the milk is very hot, add the gelatin and stir for a few minutes.

Let the mixture heat up and then pour it over the already prepared walnut jelly with the help of a spoon.

Let cool for 2 hours. To unmold, we squeeze the gelatin along the edges of the mold to facilitate peeling.

If we find that this process is complicated, we can heat water in a pot and place the gelatin mold in the water bath for a few seconds.

With this system you can finish easily. We can decorate our jelly with dulce de leche and chopped nuts. It’s delicious !!!
