Kale with sausage is a cabbage stew with a smoky taste. This recipe is really very simple and allows you to concoct a rich and tasty dish. A quarter of an hour is enough to prepare everything and start cooking. An hour later, the cabbage is stewed in the casserole dish and deliciously flavored with the smoky taste of bacon and sausage.

4 Montbéliard sausages
1 green cabbage
200 g of bacon or bacon
2 large potatoes
2 carrots
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 vegetable stock cube
