Kale with sausages

Heat a generous dash of oil in a cast-iron casserole dish. Sweat the onion and garlic then put the bacon in pieces (or bacon) to brown.

Then add the carrot and potato pieces. Stir and sear everything for a few minutes;

Then add the sausages. Brown for a few moments.

Then add the cabbage on top and then the stock cube crumbled between your fingers. Sprinkle with 20 cl of water and pepper. Simmer covered and over low heat for 1 hour.

7.
Check the doneness of the potatoes. Serve without delay.
