Kefta dumpling

For a change from the everyday kitchen, nothing better than to cook the kefta ball! Everyone loves this great Maghreb classic that combines minced meat with spices. Very popular during Ramadan, the kefta meatball is one of the most cooked oriental dishes around the world.

INGREDIENTS: 4 PERS.
500 g minced meat
2 cloves garlic
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 egg
1 onion
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. teaspoon paprika
1/2 tsp ginger
A few leaves of parsley
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
