Bass is a white fish with firm and tasty flesh. We offer here a recipe for bar in the oven. Accompanied by an easy to make sauce based on olive oil, squeezed lemon juice, fennel seeds and a hint of chili. And all this for quick cooking. Discover through this recipe how to cook sea bass.

1 lemon
