Pike is a freshwater fish that is mainly found in lakes and rivers.

So we present to you this easy pike with fine herbs recipe.

Made with pike fillets and a sauce made with olive oil, butter, parsley, chives and tarragon, this fish recipe is quick and easy to make.


4 pike fillets, rinsed and dried
2 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsp.
butter 1 tbsp.
1 tbsp chopped parsley chopped chives
1 tbsp. fresh tarragon
1 lemon juice salt, pepper

Cooking 5 min

1. To make this pike with fine herbs recipe, season the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Then in a pan, heat the olive oil over high heat. Add the fillets and reduce the heat, cook for 3 minutes on one side. Turn the fillets over and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

2. Arrange the pike fillets in a hot dish. Put the butter in the pan over high heat, add the aromatic herbs and lemon juice. Mix and cook your sauce for 30 seconds. Pour over the fish and serve immediately with plain potatoes in a serving dish. Immediately enjoy your dish and enjoy.
