Refreshing Lemonade Pie
Ingredients
Graham Cracker Crust:
• 10 graham crackers
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/2 cup melted butter
Lemonade Filling:
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
• 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
1. Crust: Crush graham crackers with brown sugar. Toss with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie plate. Freeze for 15 minutes.
2. Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add condensed milk and mix well. Stir in lemonade concentrate and Cool Whip until well combined.
3. Assembly: Pour filling over frozen crust and smooth top. Cover and refrigerate or freeze for 8 hours depending on desired texture.
4. Serving: Garnish with whipped cream and lemon slices before serving.
