β¨ STRAWBERRY Verrines π & Speculoos β¨
Here’s a fruity dessert, and very very gourmet π€€π€€π€€miammmm π£
A simple recipe, easy to make, really a killer π, treat your taste buds π€€π€€π€€π£π£.

π For this recipe you will need:
1 punnet of fresh strawberries
Speculoos
1 lime
1 tbsp sugar
π In a salad bowl add the strawberries cut into small pieces, the sugar, and the lemon juice, mix everything with a spoon, keep cool while preparing the mascarpone cream π.
πFor the mascarpone cream:
π In a bowl, whisk 100g of mascarpone, 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder, and 1 tsp of icing sugar, then add 180g of liquid cream, continuing to whip until you get a good cream farm .
π΄ The mascarpone, and the liquid cream must be very cold.
π Crushed speculoos leave aside.
π For training:
Start putting the cut strawberries in the verrines, after poaching the mascarpone cream, then add the speculos, more strawberries, then a nice rosette, and finally sprinkle a little speculos on top, and here you go πππ.
