Super Fluffy Vegan Chocolate Chip Buns

​Ingredients:

 

​150 ml plant drink⁣
60g vegetable margarine⁣
21g fresh yeast (1/2 cube) ⁣
500g flour⁣
80g (brown) sugar⁣
1 teaspoon salt⁣
120g of plant-based yogurt⁣
80-100g chocolate biscuits⁣
Vegan cooking cream

​Method:

​1️⃣ Warm milk with margarine lukewarm & dissolve the yeast in it. Mix the flour, sugar & salt in a large bowl.

 

2️⃣ Add yeast milk with yoghurt & chocolate to the flour mixture and knead for 10 minutes to form an elastic dough. ⁣

3️⃣ Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes

4️⃣ Divide the yeast dough into about 8 equal sized balls (approx. 100 – 120 g per ball) and place in a greased oven dish

​Cover and let rest in a warm place for another 30-45 minutes

​6️⃣ Brush bread rolls with soy cuisine before baking.

 

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees top and bottom heat Tewa for 15-20 minutes until the desired golden color. Enjoy!
