Turkey cutlets with tomato

5 escalopes de dinde
2 oignons
1 boite de tomates pelées et concassées
1 belle pincée de curry en poudre
huile d’olive
sel, poivre au goût


  1. Cut the turkey cutlets into thin strips. 2. Peel and finely chop the onions.
  2. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 4. When the olive oil is hot, add the chopped onions to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, until translucent.
  3. Then add the turkey cutlet strips to the pan and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly. 6. Then add the peeled and crushed tomatoes as well as the curry powder in the pan. Salt and pepper to taste then mix well. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, mixing well.
  4. At the end of cooking, adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary. 8. Arrange the turkey cutlets on the plates and top them with the tomato and curry sauce. 9. Serve with cooked white rice or fresh tagliatelle and enjoy immediately.
