WHITE RUM BALLS

INGREDIENTS: ⁣

✅250g plain biscuits (I used vegan, GF scotch fingers from au )⁣
✅1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut (mine is from  )⁣
✅2 tablespoons rum ⁣
✅1/2 cup au coconut condensed milk ⁣
⁣✅ Desiccated coconut for rolling ⁣

METHOD:⁣

1. In a food processor (I used my  ) add in the biscuits & coconut and blitz until fine crumbs⁣

2. Add in the rum and condensed milk and blitz until the mixture clumps together like cookie dough⁣

3. Divide the mixture into 20 even portions and roll into balls. Roll the balls in desiccated coconut to coat.⁣

4. Store the balls in the fridge until ready to serve .

Note: if the mixture appears too soft, place it in the fridge for a while until it firms up more before rolling ⁣
