INGREDIENTS:

 

1.5 kg grated cassava (or cassava)
3 whole eggs
3 cups of milk
3 cups of sugar
2 tablespoons of margarine or butter ⠀
1 pinch of salt
1 small grated coconut (or 100 g industrialized grated coconut)⠀
6 drops of vanilla paper towel (optional)

STEP BY STEP:

 

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl with the help of a whisk or a wooden spoon

 

Bake in a rectangular shape greased (use butter to grease and a sheet of paper towel to help you) and infarinhada for approximately 45 minutes in an oven previously heated to 180ºC. It is creamy inside and with a crispy crust.
