important to flush your body and clean
up your diet two days before you start
with a juice diet so these two days
start your day with 500 ml of warm water
mixed with lemon and ginger juice in a
glass take 500 ml of warm water and then
add ginger juice followed by lemon juice
mix well and drink on an empty stomach
don’t have caffeine sugar red meat dairy
and processed foods eat more of roots
vegetables and lean protein and in the
night before sleeping have a cup of hot
herbal tea like minty which I recently
shared you can also have chamomile tea
after 2 days we will start the 3 day
juice diet your three-day plan should be
like this start your day with 250 ml of
hot water mixed with lemon and ginger
juice on an empty stomach
for breakfast have 500 ml of an orange
colored juice I’m using my slow juicer
from Breville to make this juice if
you’re using a blender then add some
water and let us drain the liquid
ingredients needed are 500 grams of
pumpkin or squash here I am using acorn
squash a small piece of fresh turmeric
root a small piece of fresh ginger root
1 orange with the seeds removed 1 medium
sweet potato with skin and 1 red apple
anywhere in world cut the pumpkin into pieces and discard
the skin and seeds sweet potato I am
using is orange and golem however you
may use any colored sweet potato but
just ensure to wash it well apple also
needs to be with skin so wash it well to
do in sure to remove the seeds of apple
and orange if you are using a blender
now run them all through the slow juicer
or the blender and try to extract as
much juice you can the slow juicer I am
using is frivolous big squeeze the best
feature of this juicer is that it shoot
as broad and gonna come
a medium-sized apple or orange and he
don’t have to slice or cut them it works
silently and extracts juice with
perfection once done drink it to prevent
oxidation and loss of nutrients then
gradients added may look weird to many
and you may feel that it would taste bad
but trust me this juice tastes amazing
the taste of this juice is out of this
world you can never imagine how tasty it

in between lunch and breakfast have 500
ml of coconut water or clear vegetable
soup or broth the choice is yours idly

can get it fresh or in cans anywhere

for lunch we need to have 500ml of

green apple or pear and two handful of
spinach leaves instead of spinach you
can also add parsley celery kale leaves
or even broccoli stems use celery if you

slow juicer to choose them if you’re
using a blender then add some water and
later strain the liquid and as you can
see our green juice is ready in the
evening we are going to have 500 ml of
red juice to make this I am using 1
medium sized beetroot 1 red apple 1/2
inch ginger and 3 carrots peel the skin
of beetroot ginger and carrots here I’m
using two orange and one purple carrot
again I’m using my slow juicer to juice
them if you’re using a blender then add
just water to make 500 ml of juice and
later strain the liquid it’s got the
pulp and drink immediately and as you
can see our red juice is ready for the
dinner you have an option to choose from
orange or green juice and the for
bedtime have a cup of herbal tea like
mint tea chamomile tea hibiscus tea etc
so this is how your juice diet should be
the idea behind drinking various colored
juices is to get variety of nutrients
all these fruits and vegetables have a
lot of health benefits and we usually do
not have this much amount on any given
day of our lives and believe me each of
these juices they slightly love they’re
incredibly tasty so do try you won’t get
protein from this diet hence its cap to
just 3 days this diet is not meant for
diabetics we see you as NPC OD patients

mothers after 3 days you can return to
eating 3 meals a day but do make sure to
