INGREDIENTS

1  cup milk
1 extra large egg
2 Tbspn melted butter or margarine
1 cup flour
2 Tbspn sugar
1tspn baking powder
1/4 tspn salt
Golden syrup/Marple and strawberries for serving

METHOD

In a large bowl whisk together milk, eggs and melted butter

Mix all the dry ingredients and add to the egg mixture  whisk well  .set the batter aside
Heat a non stick pan over medium heat
Wipe the pan with a piece of paper towel dipped in oil or butter
Scoop 1/4 cup batter per pancake in the pan ,cook on the first side until bubbles appear on the surface.

Flip and cook the other side until both sides are golden brown. Serve with syrup and strawberries
