Ingredients
For the mass:
600g flour (all purpose)
1 spoon of sugar
10g dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
200ml warm milk
200ml of lukewarm water
3 oil tablespoons
Jam
Oil
Preparation
- Mix sugar, yeast, salt, warm milk and warm water. Add flour and knead the dough.
- Pour the butter over the dough and let it rest for 2 hours.
- Divide the dough into portions and form balls. Form flowers from the dough.
- Let stand for 30 minutes. Fry.
