Ingredients


For the mass:
600g flour (all purpose)
1 spoon of sugar
10g dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
200ml warm milk
200ml of lukewarm water
3 oil tablespoons
Jam
Oil


Preparation

  1. Mix sugar, yeast, salt, warm milk and warm water. Add flour and knead the dough.
  2. Pour the butter over the dough and let it rest for 2 hours.
  3. Divide the dough into portions and form balls. Form flowers from the dough.
  4. Let stand for 30 minutes. Fry.
