Ingredients:
1 yogurt of
200 g natural
1 sachet of yeast
3 measures of flour yogurt
4 eggs
200g of butter
1 cup of sugar yogurt Lemon zest
Preparation:
Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and beat with a mixer. Grease a baking pan with butter and sprinkle it with flour.
We pour the mixture into the mold and put it in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 170º C. So that it does not fall or take on a strange shape, we must preheat the oven beforehand and do not open it during cooking.
To check that it is ready, prick with a knitting needle, if it comes out clean it is ready.
