1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Sliced limes for serving

Directions:

Season the chicken breasts with the cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped jalapeno and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft.
Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream and milk, mixing well.

Stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
