Panettone with chocolate cream

Ingredients:

1 can of heavy cream
2 butter spoons
180 g of chopped milk chocolate
180 g dark chocolate chopped
2 tablespoons chocolate liqueur Panettone chocolate (500g)
100 g of chopped white chocolate
1/3 Cup of cherries in syrup to decorate

Preparation

Mode In a bowl, mix the cream, butter, milk chocolate.

Melt in a microwave or water bath and stir until smooth. Add the liquid and mix. Cut the panettone horizontally into 4 slices with a
bread knife.

Separate the chocolate filling with a spatula by applying panettone and cream until you have closed the lid of the panettone.

Decorate with the chocolate cream and drain aside. Melt the white chocolate in a water bath or microwave and drain the panettone garnish with a spoon.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve with cherries.
