Potato creamy Garlic

I bake potatoes in a creamy garlic sauce twice a week

400 g small potatoes
5 cloves of garlic
1 onion
3 tbsp olive oil
400 ml cooking cream
150 ml water

Preparation

Wash the potatoes and cook them in plenty of salted water for about 20 minutes until soft.

Then drain and rinse with cold water.

Peel the garlic and onion and cut into fine cubes.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for about 3 minutes over medium heat.

Add the potatoes and fry for another 4 minutes.

Finally, season with the classic fried potato spice mix, add the cream and water and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
