and for the first recipe we’re gonna
throw in two frozen bananas half a cup
of almond milk and half a cup of Greek
yogurt I also threw in some ice cubes to
make it thicker and creamier and then I
blend for about 45 seconds now we’re
going to pour it in our mason jar and I
would stop about halfway and then we’re
going to add our first layer which is
granola blueberry and some peanut butter
then you’re going to continue to pour
more of this smoothie in layer again and
pour a bit more smoothie and then we’re
going to add the top layer which is the
same thing consisting of granola of
blueberry and peanut butter if you guys

this three ingredient pancake is so
delicious and healthy mash up one banana
cracking again in a handful of oats stir
that all together and get your pan on
medium heat also talking about the idea
of healthy eating yes you should eat
healthy but don’t see it as a totally
clean for one month
I won’t eat any sweets or pizza and when
I have my dream body I’ll eat whatever I
want again see it as from now I’ll live
healthy and happy I try to eat clean and
workout as much as possible but I’ll be
allowed to eat things like pizza and
cake too if that’s what I desire because
I want a healthy life not a healthy
month we’re gonna start with a hot pan
sprayed down with oil throw in lots of
spinach as you cook it it will shrink so
I like to throw in some more spinach and
then sprinkle a little salt then I’m
going to pour in some egg whites
I just bought a carton of this from
sprouts and then we’re going to stir the
spinach mix it in until it is ready
usually takes about a couple minutes

this is a very low-calorie dish so I
like to pair this with walnuts walnuts
is really great for brain health and
then I also add some strawberries and
bananas and then I’m also going to be
making a green smoothie so the
ingredients for this are half a frozen
banana lots of spinach two sticks of
celery some almond milk
I usually estimate like maybe half a cup
one apple some mint leaves and ice cubes
I also like to add a little ginger in
this sometimes as there are a lot of
health benefits and it makes it taste a
lot more refreshing this one is so easy
to make all you do is take a rice cake I
bought this at sprouts get the unsalted
one spread some peanut butter on it and
then I layer that off with some banana
slices I usually eat about two of these
and yeah they’re great before a workout
they’re also great it’s just a quick
snack

overnight oats so I did a quarter cup of
oats half a cup of almond milk and two
tablespoons of Greek yogurt then
afterwards you’re just going to mix that
in these are really convenient
especially before school because you’re
going to put these in your fridge leave
it overnight and then the next morning
it is ready to be eaten and I always
always top this off with fruit so I’ve
got strawberries raspberries and
blueberries I find frozen blueberries
actually taste amazing in this because
they just really melt immerse in the

so you’re going to take a piece of toast
put some kale or spinach all over that
and then afterwards you’re going to put
your sliced avocado on top I usually
like to mash it but sometimes I don’t so
you’re going to put that on top and then
lastly put on a fried egg however you
like to cook that and I always like to
add some sriracha on this to give it an
extra kick and lastly is chocolate chia
pudding
so you’re going to take two and a half
tablespoons of chia seeds pour some
almond milk inside I usually do about
half a cup stir that all around and then
I take some cacao powder and I throw
that in there and then mix it all
together I also add a little bit of
agave nectar just because it’s not that
sweet leave it in the fridge for about
two hours take it out and my favorite
fruit to pair with this are raspberries
the serving I made in this video is
quite small so I would definitely double
the serving or pair it with another
recipe from this video for breakfast
