  • Pork ribs, a kilo and a half
  • Potatoes, 750 grams
  • A couple of medium onions – Cloves of garlic, 4 or 5
  • Salt – Olive oil
  • A little black pepper
  • A pill of Avecrem
  • Parsley
  • White wine, 200 ml


When you wash the ribs, let them dry while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. You can cut the ribs as they are baked to make it easier.

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into slices, which we will use as a bed for the ribs, together with the onions, which we will peel and cut into julienne strips, into rather large pieces.

We take the oven tray that we are going to use, pour a little olive oil on the bottom and rub it well all over the tray, and place the potatoes and then the onions.

In a glass of blender we are going to put the peeled garlic, parsley to taste, a glass of white wine, a little salt and black pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and a tablet of Avecrem, and we beat everything until we get a homogeneous mixture. , which will be rather thick.

With it we are going to smear the ribs well on all sides and place them on the bed of potato and onion.

When the oven reaches the temperature we want, we put the tray with our ingredients and let it bake well on both sides.

The baking time will depend on the thickness of the ribs, so we have to see when they are golden on one side to turn them around and bake them on the other side.

Before taking them out, we recommend giving them a last touch of grill for a few minutes, so that they finish browning well on both sides, and when they are done, we take them out.

Serve the piece of rib for each diner along with a little potato.
