Ingredients:

50g of sugar
20g of corn starch
1 egg yolk
250 ml of milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
80g of sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 100 ml of milk
270g of flour
10g baking powder
30g chocolate chips Powdered sugar

Preparation:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add sugar, cornstarch, egg yolk, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until thick.
  2. In a bowl, mix eggs with sugar, add vanilla extract, oil, milk, flour and baking powder.
  3. In a skillet, spiralize the prepared dough, then top with spiralized cream rolls and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  4. Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
