Ingredients:

– A couple of chicken breasts – Half a kilo of mushrooms
– Garlic cloves, a couple
– Onion, one medium
– Mustard, a tablespoon (optional)
– White wine, a glass
– Pepper
– Salt
– Chopped parsley

Preparation:

We usually make this recipe at home using chicken breasts, because they are easier to eat for the little ones in the house, but you can use any part of the chicken that you like.

The same happens with mushrooms, they can be used both fresh and canned, although the most recommended are the fresh ones, which have a much better flavor and a more pleasant texture to eat.

We are going to start by chopping the chicken breasts and seasoning them. On the other hand, we are going to chop the garlic and parsley as best we can, and we pass the breasts over it so that these two ingredients adhere.

If you like, you can add mustard to the garlic and parsley and spread the breasts with that mixture. It is a very rich option, try it.

When finished, we put the breasts in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that they take on the flavor well.

After that time we are going to fry the chicken in a pan with a little olive oil, you have to let the pieces brown completely, so that they are well done on all sides, whether you have used the breast or other parts of the chicken .

On the other hand, in another pan with olive oil, we are going to add the garlic and then the onion, so that they brown well until they become tender.

Add the well-chopped mushrooms, and when everything is ready, add the white wine and a tablespoon of flour, and stir until a thick, whitish sauce is formed.

When we have that sauce well made, we pour it into the chicken pan and sauté everything together for several minutes.

When you finish you will have the recipe ready and you can serve the chicken pieces accompanied with a little of the sauce resulting from the mixture
