CHICKEN TO THE BEER
Extra virgin olive oil spray
1 kilo of chicken, leg and thigh
3/4 onions, sliced
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon chicken broth
1 1/2 cups of beer
1/2 teaspoons paprika Salt Pepper
Spray a casserole with the oil and cook over low heat the onion and garlic. Separately spray another frying pan with oil, fry the chicken with salt and pepper.
Add the chicken broth, the paprika, the bay leaf and the beer. Let the beer reduce, if it does not cover the chicken, add water until it is covered.
Leave on low heat for 30 minutes.
