CHOCOLATE BRAID 😋

Ingredients:

1 puff pastry sheet
1 chocolate bar chopped hazelnuts
1 egg yolk

Prepare:

place a bar of chocolate in the center of a puff pastry sheet.

Cut the puff pastry, on both sides of the chocolate, into strips 1 cm wide.

Fold and seal the top and bottom edge of the pastry sheet and begin braiding the strips. Brush the top with a little egg wash and sprinkle with some chopped hazelnuts.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes, and then bake at 180° for 20 minutes. Let it cool down a bit before serving.
