Ingredients Cookie:
2 eggs
250g of sugar
280 ml of milk
60ml of oil
60g butter
240g cake flour
55g cocoa
10g of baking soda
3g of salt
12ml of vinegar
Stuffed:
340ml whipping cream
120g of dark chocolate
Glaze:
80g dark chocolate
100ml whipping cream
For decoration: chocolate sprinkles
Preparation
- To fill: In a bowl with chocolate, pour the hot whipped cream. Mix well. Whip the whipped cream and add the chocolate mixture. Mix and save for later.
- For the cookie: In a bowl add the flour, cocoa, sugar, salt, baking soda and mix. Pour in the milk and oil. Add butter and eggs. Beat well. Add the vinegar and mix a little more. Pour the mixture into the springform pan and bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Cut the cookie into three parts.
- In the springform pan, place the biscuit, then add the filling, and repeat that three times. Save some stuffing for later. Put the cake in the fridge for a while.
- For the glaze: In chocolate add hot whipped cream. Mix it well and pour it over the cake.
- After some time, remove the cake from a pan and spread the filling on one side. Add chocolate chips to the side.
- Cut the cake and serve.
