Ingredients Cookie:

2 eggs
250g of sugar
280 ml of milk
60ml of oil
60g butter
240g cake flour
55g cocoa
10g of baking soda
3g of salt
12ml of vinegar


340ml whipping cream
120g of dark chocolate


80g dark chocolate
100ml whipping cream

For decoration: chocolate sprinkles


  1. To fill: In a bowl with chocolate, pour the hot whipped cream. Mix well. Whip the whipped cream and add the chocolate mixture. Mix and save for later.
  2. For the cookie: In a bowl add the flour, cocoa, sugar, salt, baking soda and mix. Pour in the milk and oil. Add butter and eggs. Beat well. Add the vinegar and mix a little more. Pour the mixture into the springform pan and bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Cut the cookie into three parts.
  3. In the springform pan, place the biscuit, then add the filling, and repeat that three times. Save some stuffing for later. Put the cake in the fridge for a while.
  4. For the glaze: In chocolate add hot whipped cream. Mix it well and pour it over the cake.
  5. After some time, remove the cake from a pan and spread the filling on one side. Add chocolate chips to the side.
  6. Cut the cake and serve.
