DOUBLE CHOCOLATE & MYLK BAKED OATS

Mix together:

 

50g oats (blended)
20g dark chocolate protein
80ml unsweetened almond milk
30g greek style coconut yoghurt
1tsp almond & vanilla espresso butter 
1tsp cacao powder
1/2tsp baking powder
1tbsp sweetener (I used  syrup)

Filling: 1/2 little choc pot 

Toppings: Chocolate chips, white chocolate stars, almond milk

Method:

 

•Mix all of the ingredients together except for toppings and filling
•Pour 3/4 mixture into a greased ramekin.
•Put filling in and pour the remaining mixture on top.
•Add the toppings.
•Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius fan for 15-17 mins.
Drizzle with almond milk!

if using vegan protein use more milk to approx 150ml. No protein, add more oats and more sweetener.
