Ingredients for cake:
-15g vanilla or chocolate protein powder
-15g all purpose flour
-7g coconut flour
-15g unsweetened cocoa powder
-3g chocolate pudding mix
-2g granular
-3g baking powder
-65g nonfat Greek yogurt
-55g egg whites
-30g unsweetened applesauce
-3ml vanilla extract
Ingredients for frosting:
-15g vanilla protein powder
-2g granular
-10g powdered sugar
-5g unsweetened cocoa powder
-4g chocolate pudding mix
-50g nonfat Greek yogurt
-10g semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
-Preheat the oven to 350F
-Mix the dry ingredients for the cake together, then add the wet
-Spray a 4.5 inch springform pan with cooking spray and pour the batter in
-Bake for 18-22 mins
-While that’s baking, mix the frosting ingredients together (except the chocolate chips) then store in the fridge
-Let the cake cool completely (important), then frost and top with semi sweet chocolate chips
