Chocolate Vainilla Cream

Ingredients:

 

Grated chocolate and sliced ​​strawberries to decorate

Vanilla cream:

1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
3 tablespoons (soup) of water
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of ice cream
1 tablespoon (coffee) vanilla extract strawberry cream:
2 tablespoons (soup) strawberry flavored milk mix (Nesquick)
1 can of ice cream
1 cup (tea) of strawberry flavored ice cream chocolate cream:
150g semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 can of ice cream
1 cup (tea) of chocolate flavored ice cream

Preparation method:

 

For the vanilla cream, hydrate the gelatin in water and dissolve in a water bath.

In a blender, beat the dissolved gelatin with condensed milk, cream and vanilla until creamy.

Transfer to a medium and lower ovenproof dish and set aside in the refrigerator.

 

For the strawberry cream, puree in a blender to mix with strawberry flavored milk, cream and ice cream and pour over the vanilla cream.

Reserve in the refrigerator. For the chocolate cream, melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie, combine the sour cream, add the cream and mix well with a fork.

 

Spread over the strawberry cream, garnish with chocolate chips and strawberries and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
