Classic bread homemade
Ingredients (3 people):
200 gr of flour
160 ml of lukewarm water
1/2 tsp dry baker’s yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
Preparation:
1) In a salad bowl, mix the flour with the salt and sugar and make a well in the middle.
2) Pour the yeast into the center and the lukewarm water, stirring to form a dough without kneading too much. The dough remains sticky.
3) Sprinkle the top of the dough with flour, cover with a cloth and leave to rise for 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes. The dough must double in volume.
4) Once doubled, preheat your oven to 200°. Take your dough out onto a floured surface and form a sort of sausage without kneading too much, then cut it into 5.
5) Place the 5 pieces of dough on the baking tray covered with parchment paper, try to cut the top of each roll with a razor blade, spray with water and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, remembering to make a steam before closing the oven door.
