Coffee and chocolate cake

Tested and approved recipe and no mixer or blender needed, you can mix it by hand, easy.

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 and a half cups of sugar
1 cup melted butter
1 and 1/4 cups of very strong coffee freshly made and without sugar.
1/4 cup powdered chocolate
2 and 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon of baking soup

Préparation

In a bowl, beat the eggs well, then add the sugar and butter and mix well.
Then add the coffee and chocolate and add the flour.

Beat well and finally add the yeast.
Take to the oven in a greased mold and sprinkled with powdered chocolate.  I made a brigadeiro cover to end the fatness
