CONDENSED MILK BUNS

Ingredients:

1 kilo of wheat flour
350 grams of condensed milk
350 grams of olive oil
350 grams of water
50 grams of yeast
4 eggs
grated coconut
1 teaspoons of salt

Preparation:

1. Put the condensed milk, olive oil, water, eggs, salt and yeast in a stand mixer.  Put it to work for approximately 3 minutes and reserve it.

2. Take 1 kilo of wheat flour and sift it through a strainer.  Then we will gradually add the contents of the blender, stirring so that it thickens.  Once thickened, knead with your hands until it comes off the bowl easily.

3. Let the dough rest for at least 1 hour until it grows and fluffs up.  When it’s ready, make small balls and place them on a previously greased baking tray.

4. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.  Then bake the buns for 15 minutes, when they are ready take them out of the oven and decorate with grated coconut, icing sugar or whatever you can think of.
