CONDENSED MILK CAKE π

Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk (400 gr)
4 eggs
120 grams of flour
50 grams of butter
11 gr of chemical yeast (1 sachet of baking powder, royal chemical yeast)
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the eggs + condensed milk (it may cost you a bit due to the density of the milk)
- Add the melted butter. Mingle. Add the flour + yeast. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Grease the mold and bake for 50 minutes at 160Β°C. Check the cooking by poking with a toothpick to see if it comes out clean. And ready! We have a delicious homemade cake.
