these cookie-shelled cakes are a new fav! sponge cake with molten custard centre, covered in a crisp cookie shell
Cookie:
*5 tbsp oat flour
*1/4 tsp baking powder
*1 tbsp syrup
*2 tbsp nut butter
*1 tbsp plant milk
Cake:
*5 tbsp oat/plain flour
*1 tbsp protein powder (or more flour) millionaires (INSANE)
*1/4 tsp baking powder
*pinch of salt
*1-1.5 tbsp syrup
*35ml plant milk
*squeeze of lemon juice
* vanilla custard
🥄line/grease an oven safe bowl
🥄mix cookie ingredients (dry to wet)
🥄mix cookie ingredients then flatten into cookie shape
🥄air fry 3 mins 180c
🥄mix cake ingredients.
🥄remove cookie from air fryer, and add 1/2 cake batter.
Fill centre with df vanilla custard and cover with remaining batter.
🥄air fry for further 7-9 mins
🥄let cool slightly and tip out
