170 gr milk
5 grams of vanilla sugar

For the second dough:

3 egg yolks
30 grams of sugar
40 gr milk
30 g of seed oil
5 grams of vanilla sugar
75 grams of flour
3 grams of baking powder
3 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
45 grams of sugar


1. First prepare the caramel and pour it into the mold.

2. Mix the eggs with condensed milk, cream, milk and sugar. Strain the mixture into the mold.

3. We are going to mash the second dough: mix the egg yolks with the sugar, milk, oil, sugar, flour and yeast. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and sugar. Always pour into the mold.

4. Put the mold in a pan, and then pour hot water.

5. Bake at 160° for 90 minutes.
